Blue Island Tower opened in January 18th, 1993, is Located in the downtown area of the Dongdaqiao district of Beijing. The Tower has a business floor space of 18.000 square metres. It is a modern shopping center, offers an all-round service for shopping, catering and recreation.

Beijing Parkson department store, the first of a chain of stores to be opened in China, is a joint venture between China National Art & Crafts company and parkson investment pet. ltd., a number of the Lion Group, Malaysia. Spread over a shopping area of 150,000sq.tf. Beijing Parkson is a fashion departmental store that also incorporates specialty shops and boutiques, arts and crafts, fast food, a food court and a cafe, a bakery and a mini-supermarket.
